Sponsoring/Exhibition Opportunities at PIERS 2011

PIERS 2011 would like to invite you to consider joining us as a Conference Supporter. PIERS has an excellent track record of organizing well attended conferences and we expect between 500 and 600 participants from more than 40 countries. We believe this symposium to be the most important event in Africa in the field of electromagnetics. We anticipate that the conference will be an exceptional venue to communicate your products, capabilities and services to potential new customers and to solidify relationships with existing and older customers.

Sponsors & Exhibitors at PIERS 2011 will be able to:

Build and reinforce name/brand recognition of their organization and products among a big number of research engineers, scientists and professionals in related industries
Promote their latest advances and discoveries
Demonstrate their support for the electromagnetic research community

There are various ways in which your company can get involved, which not only benefits the PIERS 2011 Symposium, but will also give your company exposure to the North African and International research communities dealing with electromagnetics. The followings options are some suggestions that can be used to support PIERS 2011:

1. General sponsorship (minimum EUR1000)

Your corporate logo on the conference website and advertisements or technical data sheets on daily registration desk

2. Coffee break sponsorship (minimum EUR500)

Your corporate logo displayed on the conference website and in the coffee (posters) area

3. Exhibitor space

EUR1200 for a standard 9m² space including a table, one exhibitor badge, one full conference registration, reduced registration rate of EUR200 for each additional exhibitor badge, and exhibit display space available for 5 days (including March 19th in order to prepare the exhibition).

EUR2200 for a standard 18m² or EUR2600 for a standard 27m² with the same advantages as for the standard 8m². For other surfaces please contact the organizers
